We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue in our online ordering process in which customers using the web browser Safari 13 (for Mac OS) securely pass their payment information but never receive an email confirming their order and are instead directed back to our home page. This is a known bug in Safari 13 (and potentially in other, less-popular browsers) and our IT department is doing what it can to work around the problem.
If you complete your order but do not receive a confirmation email, we ask that you (1) try again using a different web browser (such as Chrome or Firefox), and (2) contact [Email Address] with details about your experience.
